The kitchen was a standout—fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, making our stay so convenient. The pool and hot tub were absolute highlights, providing a perfect way to unwind and cool off after a hot day.The only minor hiccup was a few wasps around the property, but the owner was……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Bear cabin. The home was set in beautiful woodlands near a creek. There was lots of attention to details which made the stay enjoyable. Complimentary extras in the kitchen and bathrooms were provided. The hot tub was perfect for soaking each night overlooking the landscape. We went whitewater rafting, visited Blue Ridge and Mercier Orchards and then came home each night to relax. Great place to get away from it all. Highly recommend. ”

“Very clean and up to date loft style cabin. It was easy to find and no problem getting in. A convenient location to all the trails, river and town too! I definitely recommend Wildwater rafting and make sure and stop by Rum Cake Lady for the most delicious food.”

“Fun summer getaway with my brothers and son. We went hiking and white water rafting. There was plenty of amenities at and around the cabin. The pavilion was nice with a fire pit and grill. There was also a man cave downstairs with a pool table, air hockey, and darts. We had a great time and plan to visit again. ”

“The cabin was beautiful, clean, and well cared for. Though there were other cabins nearby, it still gave a sense of seclusion. If you don't like farm animal sounds, this may not be the place for you. That was actually a highlight for us. We really enjoyed our stay. If there is one area I would mention for improvement, it's the cookware. It was in pretty bad shape, but that certainly wouldn't stop us from staying there again.”
