“The staff were great. Room was clean. It seems they are trying to make this place appealing. I would stay there again. It looks like they are remodeling which is great - el Reno needs the convenient option to stay. ”

“Well, service was good not going to say the best bubbly type of service everyone wants but it was good. Very close to gas and other food services overall it was ok also just throwing this out there no bugs didn’t smell like smoke ”

“The house suited all our needs and was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The host was available when needed and overall the house was comfortable. We would stay here again if in the area. ”

“The property was well kept, clean, and spacious. It had all the essentials and allowed us to comfortably fit our adult, married children and their spouses, as well as our graduating daughter, and our young son. April was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed making memries their and would definitely stay here again!!”

“We started our trip by getting a message less than 30 minutes before 3 pm that cleaning was still occurring so arrival pushed to 4. At 4:10 I had to send message to get code to door. We had 14 people and booked this place for the pool, hot tub , pool table and space. We got to use the pool but each day the water got greener and greener. The host messaged for us to do things with 2-3 hrs and do the next step. The pool could not be used on the last night we were there. The jets in the hot tub……
