“Property was immaculate. Furniture and mattress were all in excellent condition. So convenient to have an attached garage also. Very close to Mayo, and easy commute. Host was very accommodating.”

“This was a great place for me and a couple other people while I had appointments at Mayo. Check in was easy and the host was great. She even helped find another place when I had it extend my stay and this place wasn’t available for the extra days. The location was nice in a quiet neighborhood with easy drive to the clinic buildings downtown, a Kwik trip just down the block and a number of restaurants and grocery store relatively close. ”

“This property is located on a beautiful lake with lots of space to be down by the water. The house is stocked with lots of things to do both inside and outside. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful. It is a great rental for younger families. Just be aware that this property is NOT good for people who have difficulty with steps. There are lots of retaining walls and a spiral staircase. There is only the one bedroom that is accessible without a lot of stairs and it is the room with the queen bed……
