We loved the themed rooms and historical information throughout the house. Would love to stay here again in the summer when we can take advantage of the location on the water. “Our family gathers every Easter weekend for a small family reunion and this was the perfect place to meet! The yard was perfect for an Easter Egg Hunt and there was plenty of room inside to gather. Beds were super comfortable and everything was perfect!”

“Wonderful retreat. Lovely surroundings with visiting deer and many kinds of birds. Peaceful atmosphere with all the essential amenities for a stay home and enjoy vacation or a home away traveling roadshow like ours. We cooked in, soaked in the immaculate outdoor hot tub and enjoyed the indoor sauna. Beds were comfy, warm water plentiful,and lots of room to spread out.”

“Lake Mills is a quaint town with a great central location to a great many areas. It’s quiet and very lovely. The streets roll up at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night, yet if you are seeking nightlife it’s quite close by. The colors on the trees were incredible and driving country lanes, enjoying no traffic and seeing nothing but beauty is a pleasant way to spend time with family. ”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
