“The property fit just right for use and what we needed, could use a few curtains in the small windows in bedroom up stairs just for light blocking and some tlc in some spots but overall no real issues ”

“The place was clean and accommodated our needs. The negatives are there was no hairdryer available. Unable to find any outlets in the 2nd floor bathroom so you had to go to the first floor bathroom. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms so you couldn't use the hairdryer in the rooms. No blankets on the beds or in the closets. If you arrive when it is dark it is difficult to see the entrance because there was no light above or near there sign. They are also on a busy road.”

But after some time to allow the feeling of being lakeside with a view that would most likely never leave our minds to sit in our minds, I can honestly say that it has been framed within them so as to bring us a smile, the same kind we had waking up there in the mornings when we had the pleasure of staying there! “This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. The house even came with some kayaks to take out & the option to use fire pits, grills & bikes across the street. The host was very accommodating when we were having an issue with the AC. We did bring a couple of air mattresses instead of using the futon. The futon is only big enough for 1 person, or maybe 2 kids. Would……

“Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull……
