“It is walking distance to the mall where there are great food options. The security people at the front desk are friendly and helpful with anything you need. ”

“We made a good choice staying at this hotel, it was clean and housekeeping at your preference. We had hot water and a the air conditioner was in great shape. The location is perfect because it is in between el Poblado and Laureles. The rate was also excellent even in spite of it being high season. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“I’ve stayed at Aparta Hotel Portal del Rodeo 5 times, and I always love their friendly and courteous staff. All the anpartments are spacious, including a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a bedroom. The breakfast is served in your room. There is no touristic attraction nearby, but the extensive bus services will take you anywhere in town, and several restaurants and a supermarket are in the Arkadia Shopping Center in front of the hotel.”

“I don’t like to give bad reviews .I enjoy giving credit and supporting businesses .In this case .I have reached out to the manager about a refund .Which now I have not gotten a response .They insisted I pay them even after my booking was paid for through Travelocity when I arrived.They said they didn’t get paid from Travelocity and in my case my flight got in late and I didn’t have much option to find another place so I paid them directly. If they can be so neglectful on a verbal return payment……

"La habitación del hotel es muy ruidosa, siempre hay ruido de tráfico y bocinas, y resulta muy incómodo quedarse en ella. El desayuno no se asemeja a las fotos. Cuando añadí accidentalmente más carne, el camarero me hizo un comentario negativo, y además, era de mala calidad. La cerradura de la puerta es como la que aparece en mi foto, lo cual me provoca mucha inseguridad. Tengo miedo por las noches y puedo oír el ruido de la ducha del piso de arriba. Por último, la ropa de cama huele fuertemente a productos químicos. En resumen, las personas con altas exigencias hacia los hoteles deberían considerar cuidadosamente este lugar."
