“I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.”

“Excellent location, excellent apartment! Only complaint would be I didn’t know where to park and didn’t know checkin was in a different building. It would have been nice to know this prior to securing the room. ”

“Super für einen Städtetrip. Ab 2 Übernachtungen kann man die Welcome Card an der Rezeption holen mit der man umsonst den Nahverkehr nutzen kann und auch viele andere Ermäßigungen. Parken beim Hotel ist umsonst was ein riesen Vorteil ist nach dem Innsbruck eine Parkzone ist. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig. Gute Lage um auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen. ”

“Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast is very good and full of variety. Great location as well. Easily access to old town area. Plenty of restaurant and department stores around. One problem is that there is a unpleasent toilet smell when we first entered the room and lingers until the next day.”

“The staff is very friendly and offers help proactively. The breakfast is very good and it’s very nice to be able to have it early in the morning before we go to catch the early train.”

“Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Alpeiner. Das Skigebiet war sehr nah und es gab einen privaten Shuttlebus. Das Abendessen war super und auch das Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. Auch klasse war die Bar und die Aussenterrasse.”
