“I was attending a doggy event in the area and the location was excellent, just minutes away from the venue, so no need to get up so early to get ready. Was very dog friendly. Lots of room to let dogs run, but need to watch out for the ducks and Guinea hens, no fenced yard so dogs need to have good recall if running off leash. Owners had no issues letting the dogs swim in the in-ground pool, which the dogs loved. There was no TV in the room, no WiFi setup and cell reception was almost non……

“Absolutely loved St. Monans and the house, it was the cutest, very clean and comfortable, an amazing location close to the water. We would definitely stay here again. Locals were very friendly and welcoming. Walked to the next town over, met great people, ate at local pubs and cafes and highly recommend Giddy Gannet for the Wee Porker and Latte. Stay in the small town over the big city you won’t regret it. We were there for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer just because the house was perfect.……

“We never booked a house in the country before so we were curious as to what it’s like being outside the city but when we got to the house we were glad we booked this one. Nice and quiet location. It is a great place just off the interstate about 2 miles. Very convenient and clean. Had little things that made the stay even more enjoyable like shower soap/shampoo, phone charger chords, juice in the fridge, and toothpaste/toothbrush in case you forget them. “Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and close to local wineries, covered bridges and lake Erie. We were only there one night but would love to stay longer. There are many personal touches that add to the ambiance. The area has so much to see. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a gas grill and fire pit on the patio. The back yard presents a beautiful view. The hosts were available if needed and very gracious. We would highly recommend this……
