“My husband, sister, dog and me spent each evening relaxing by our camp fire. We took a few trips to surrounding restaurants and took many walks. We entertained ourselves kayaking, playing cards or playing bean bag toss. One night we drove an easy ride to Presque Isle Downs to watch the magnificent horses and even bet and won on a few races. The last day we met our family for a ride on their pontoon in Pymatuning. This was one of my favorite getaways. ”

“Perfect little house setup just to lay your head at night. Allowed us to venture out for the wedding we were in, travel to NY, and Ohio to see what is around within 3 hours. Quick response for when we needed help getting into the house. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue is it took us 15 minutes to find the house when we selected the address from Vrbo to Apple Maps it put us a street down. No big deal including when it’s not a property owner issue. “Had a wonderful time staying at the Lakehouse on the Canal. Jacob was a very responsive host. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen very welll equipped. It was the perfect place for our family. We most certainly will be staying at the Lakehouse again. We recommend it very highly! “This house was such a delight. When we opened the door, we were so excited to see that everything inside is brand new and beautifully and serenely decorated! Every corner of the house was immaculate and it was supplied with everything we needed. (It was chilly weather, so we didn’t sit outside, but in warmer weather you would want to bring folding chairs for relaxing if you have more than two people). In a lot of reviews they mentioned that the water smelled bad; but that must have been fixed……
