“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“This hotel is good for family travel. We have 2 adults and 2 kids. You can drive to the front of your house and no need to bring your luggage to walk a long way. “Great spot on the Great Ocean Road, would stay there again without hesitation. We were offered early check in (but weren’t in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. ”

“The house was well eqipped, warm and large enough to fit us all. The beds were comfy. The weather wasn't great but the large verandah gave the kids some outdoor under cover space”

“Charleson farm is magical! The hosts were Fantastic- super responsive and great communication before and during our stay. The house was beautifully presented and the property was so much fun to explore. Having the ponies just outside the window (they checked first with us if this was ok or we wanted them in the paddock) was so much fun for everyone. We loved the cows, goats and ponies and spotting the kangaroos too. The teens/ young adults loved a dip in the pool each night as the sun was……

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
