“This property is amazing! Gorgeous view with an amazing porch to enjoy it on. Plenty of room inside as well. Well worth the money and we wanted for nothing. Questions were responded to in a timely manner. Our only complaint would be that when we arrived I think we must have been the first renters of the season because the porches were a mess along with the furniture we had to sweep the porch and deep clean all the furniture as it was covered in dust and pollen. The porch itself needs a pressure……

“Tiny house was as pictured. Parking was a little tight but doable. Pool was nice and people at it were friendly. Community was clean and amenities were good. Dog park was pretty large just wish it had a bench or something for people. Wish we had brought something for hanging stuff to dry at the house but there is an in unit washer/dryer.”

“The house is older and a little dated and could use some updates in the linen and towels department. Also the sink is old and stained. The water tastes like copper so we had to purchase several of gallons of drinking water. The kitchen was well equipped and we had the basic started package of paper foods to get us through the first couple of days. The shower in the master bath is in the toilet room and tiny so we didn’t use it. The house bit of a Funky layout. But it’s warm and cozy and clean……

Greg and his family answered every question we had and checked in on us to make sure we were happy. From one family to another, it was a wonderful gift! This rental isn’t a “party” house; it is a family vacation home and we absolutely felt that. We loved every minute of our stay. Sunrise on the lake was beautiful. Family dinners and movie nights brought us together. We’ll be back! ”
