Disappointed with the lack of the complimentary manager’s reception, which is what the old Drury Inn used to have (dinner and 2 free drinks) and Expedia still advertising this. However, since they changed to Heritage Inn they no longer offer this so I had to find an alternative way to get dinner before my concert. The property needs some updating the room smelled musty and the heater was on 79 in the summertime when I got to my room. The water from the shower smelled like eggs. A breakfast is ok, I’m glad that they still offer that. The property is quiet and close to Cynthia Woods Mitchell pavilion. The manager is really nice and helpful.

My husband and I were in room 207 At bedtime I was going to wash my face, and also the next morning, no warm or hot water at the sink. There were 2 Nail clippings hung in the carpet as you enter the sink area. The 2 Queen headboards on the beds had leather rubbed off and looked awful. I went into my Neice's room and her room was nice and she had warm water, and King headboard was perfect.

The staff were pleasant enough but the guest pantry had almost nothing in it, there was no juice with breakfast, in the 5 nights we stayed our sheets were not changed only the beds were made and on our last full day our room was not attended to with no clean towels or the bed made.

I love the woodlands but I had a horrible experience with the front office desk a lady named Melissa ! She was very rude with horrible customer service! I reserved a two queen bed room and she sent me and my 21 year old son to a one bed room and said we sold out of the 2 queen bed rooms and I didn’t think I needed to mention it to you! We sold out 10 min ago supposedly and I was checking in during that time! I will never stay here again!!!!!
