“Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en couple à la Résidence des Grandes Alpes. Globalement, l’expérience a été positive, mais quelques éléments nous laissent penser que la résidence ne mérite pas pleinement ses 4 étoiles. Les points positifs : • La localisation est idéale, au cœur de la station, avec un supermarché juste en bas, des restaurants et bars à proximité. • La vue sur les montagnes est splendide. • L’accueil à la réception a été excellent, notamment grâce à une demoiselle toujours……

“The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. “Lovely small appartment, the beds were very comfortable and the view incredible. It's very quiet and peaceful, and easy walking distance to Combloux. ”

“We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great and helpful. Everything was clean, really good restaurant and they had skiing logistics well handled. it was easy to get myself and equipment from the hotel to the lifts”
