There’s mold in the corner by the table and there is no water pressure. My husband had to fix the toilet and judging by the book it has been reported many times. ”

“The apartment was nice and cozy with a nice location by the water. The heater warmed up the room quickly on the cold nights. It did take a while to get hot water through the pipes but that’s ok. The cleaning staff may want to take a look under the beds. I had to when I dropped something in the floor. There was a lot of candy wrappers and trash under the beds. A lot of spider webs in the windows and corners. ”
