“We enjoyed our stay..Pros: Pricelocation to Boyne Mountainlots of room for our familyWasher and dryer Cons:SPIRAL STAIRCASE Location in a long building that is next to a closed down restaurant You are located right off the main road (131) lots of road noise during the day Lots of finishing touches inside the house that aren’t done. Missing light plates, electrical plates, dry wall chunks etc. no dishwasher ”

“This property was super nice in a quiet area about a 7 or 8 minute drive from Petoskey. Just about every amenity you could think of was provided includuing an outdoor fire pit complete with firewood, kindling and fire starter. It also has a locked storage garage where you can store bikes, ski equipment, etc. The mattresses in each bedroom were excellent and the two full bathrooms for two couples were just what was needed. Couple all these things with the friendliest of hosts and you have the……

My family member does have some physical disability,which the bathroom is tight for someone using a walker and the bed is very tall posing a little bit of a barrier to this space. ”
