“This trip was a surprise birthday adventure for my now 9 year old daughter. It was what she dreamed of and much more! The unit was incredibly clean and comfortable, and stocked with just what we needed. The horses right outside the windows was so special! We enjoyed relaxing and observing the horses interact and learned a lot just by watching them, especially Ziggy! Claire was amazing and went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable trip for my daughter. She was happy to have her help……

“I was visiting my granddaughter at Smith during family weekend and the location was perfect, right across the street from Paradise Road, a few minutes walk from her apartment. It’s within easy walking distance of everything on campus and a fairly short walk to town. I didn’t rent a car for this trip and walked from the Northampton Amtrak station with no problem. This is the upstairs apartment and the stairs are steep but there’s a sturdy handrail. The apartment is very comfortable, light and……

“This is a spacious 1st floor apartment with full kitchen and TV room, which sets it apart from the 2nd floor apartments, which I have also stayed in. Accommodations are comfortable and relaxed. Overall, this is a quiet area. I especially love the off-street parking and proximity to Smith College because it makes everything easier to visit her. ”

“Perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting our daughter at Smith College. A bonus was the great breweries in walking distance! Note that there are stairs outside and in (both bedrooms and the only bathroom are on the second floor), so this place may not be for you if you have mobility issues around stairs. ”

“Great property with great view, cute suite with everything we needed for a short stay while getting our daughter settled back in at Amherst College. Enjoyed a nice dinner nearby at Blue Rock Shelburne Falls, a little shopping and coffee at Mocha mayas and Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters.
