“Overall, this was a cute and well decorated apartment. Only out of constructive criticism would I recommend a deep cleaning, the cracks and crevices, vent and air filters could use some attention. The apartment smelled like it had maybe been smoked in before, or maybe a neighbor did. It was a little damaged, water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door. The bathtub could definitely use a deep, deep clean and some new caulk. The area seemed to be safe, it was right near the river and was fine……

“The communication from our host was SO good! On the ball and honest about the answers. The place was perfectly located, quiet, but still close enough to make a store run if needed. Had everything someone would want to make meals or be comfy. The beds were great and the shower had INSTANT hot water! Simply appreciate this host for their hospitality and cleanliness.”
