Their key cards kept demagnetizing and had to be reset. They were old and worn (I appreciate recycling/reusing functional things, but ewe needed to be tossed). Reset 4 times in 5 days. One lady was very snotty and I just got in. Took my stuff up on the dolly to the 3rd floor. Neither card worked. Went down stairs and got a lecture on how I demagnetized it with my phone in a snotty way. I assumed she was right but after the flight up the elevator and back down, i didn’t appreciate the lecture. The next time I got it “fixed” them, she politely said, just a heads up, keep them from your phone. I never kept it near anything “magnetic” after the first time, but she was polite. The hot water in the shower was like warm at best, which sucked coming in from the cold bc it didn’t warm me up. They were stingy when I asked for extra towels and wash cloths and said we will replace when needed. Funny my son and I were doing activities with our nieces and nephews and rather sweaty and smelly. Instead of arguing I just hung them up. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the guests tv on one side and the baby whimpering behind our room by the beds. It wasn’t screaming and crying, just whimpering. The lobby and 1st floor hallway had a weird smell, which I am usually not sensitive to. The 3rd floor smell was fine. Just not impressed.
