Though there are a lot of negitaves about this hotel I will start off on a positive. The front desk clerk, when I checked in, was amazing!! After I checked in I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. I have a handicapped mobility scooter from the VA and went to go into the elevator. However the scooter would not fit. The elevator is tiny, narrow doors, and made a 90° angle inside. The doors kept closing on my scooter. I finally was able to back out and go back to the front desk. The clerk was awesome in partnering with a guest the checked in before me on 1st floor to see if she would switch. The guest did and I am very grateful to her and the clerk. Got my keys to the 1st floor room which was untouched by the person that originally had the room. The room was... well... not very clean. Smelled like mold by the windows, pubic hairs in the shower, some kind of sticky substance smeared on the table, remote was sticky, bed skirting was filthy, the chair had tons of stains all over it. Flipped the cushion and worse on the other side with lots of trash under the cushion. The surroundings were very noisy especially to the people above me who allowed their kids to run, jump, scream, and stomp till 1am. However the bed was comfortable. The clerk was the only amazing positive and the guest that switched rooms. Everything else is a true negative. Should have paid a higher room rate and stayed at another hotel chain. Next time I will. Dont recommend this hotel especially handicapped!!
