Clean and cozy!

Very clean, well equipped, updated and comfortable. This home worked out conveniently for us along with our adult son and three yr old grandson while we visited friends over a long weekend in Conway. This clean and updated home offered suitable space and great convenience to downtown Conway where we enjoyed restaurants and the river walk as well as ease of getting to Myrtle Beach for the aquarium as well as access to local golf courses.

Cozy with plenty of space

We truly enjoyed the accommodations. The home was well furnished, well stocked and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our short stay as well as if we would’ve stayed for weeks.

CCU Family Weekend

This was the perfect property for our vacation to see our daughters for family weekend at Coastal Carolina University. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. The bathroom situation was a little quirky. But we made it work! The check-in process was very easy. I felt like we were in a very safe part of town. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was very nice to have coffee and creamer available for us. I highly recommend this rental.

Comfortable Stay at Conway Duplex

Overall, my stay at the Conway Duplex was quite pleasant. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful amenities like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The neighborhood is charming, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The property owner, who lives on-site, was readily available for communication and assistance, which was very helpful. I also appreciated the gated shared backyard, which allowed my dog to play safely without the risk of running away. The only drawback was the inability to adjust the thermostat. If you’re comfortable with a constant temperature of 75°F during the summer, this should not be an issue. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay.

Perfect Place in Conway

We had a wonderful time at this very comfortable home. The house had all the comforts and conveniences of a home with a well appointed kitchen. The location is in a nice residential neighborhood lined with huge, beautiful Live Oaks and a short distance from the fun, historic downtown district in Conway. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

We would love to stay again!

We spent 3 nights and it was a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful, and in a nice neighborhood. The backyard(fenced) was perfect for our 2 dogs. Owner made the dogs feel welcome by leaving a special towel and handy food bowls! The place was so well stocked, everything including the hairdryer we forgot to bring, and the laundry was there. The owner lives onsite but we never knew she was there. If it is available we will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

Family Get Away

The house was very accommodating. Conveniently close to restaurants, stores and gas stations. Not far from the Beach at all. Provided Beach towels and cooler for the beach. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood felt very safe. Easy check in easy check out. Full washer and dryer in open utility room. Full service kitchen. Beautiful back yard to relax. Pictures definitely are “get what you see” We look forward to booking again!

Lovely Home, quiet & beautiful historic location!

My husband and I stayed during our relocation process from Florida and was met with a pleasant surprise of not only a lovely home but beautiful historical neighborhood. We were in and out meeting with our realtor & lender and had no issues coming & going at our leisure with no hassles as the home is so close to everything! The home sits on a very quiet and peaceful street and we truly appreciated it after our long drive from FL. The bed was soft and inviting after our long days of house hunting. The home was very clean, neat, and had a sweet classic style within the home. Any items you may need for your stay is all at your finger tips. Soft, fluffy, large towels are left in each room and bathroom. We will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home :) Lisa and Chris

Could have been a good stay

Without interactions with the caretaker, this stay would have easily been a 5 star stay. We ended up leaving early due to the interactions. On the last full day of our trip, I had left for a tournament and my fiance stayed at home to relax and do some online gaming. The host decided to let herself into the property without attempting to contact us. I assume she thought both of us were away since the vehicle was gone. Her excuse for invading our privacy was that the internet needed to be reset even though my fiance was actively using it without issue. The other interaction involved parking during our arrival. The VRBO listing did not mention that the 2 available parking spaces was shared with the host parking spot that we found out about due to the sign on the parking spot. I had brought my boat. I parked my boat and was going to park my truck elsewhere along the street to not block access to the host parking spot. Before I could finish unhooking the boat trailer and move my truck, the host arrived and immediately told me I couldn't park it there. After I explained that I would move my truck and she would have access, she calmed down.

A lovely home! Super clean! Very comfortable! I had a 3 day work event and had to bring my senior dog who doesn't relax in hotels. I surprising found this house & booked it. It was perfect! During my 3 day stay, my office requested I stay 3 additional days. I reached out to Evolve to extend my stay and received a very timely response that I could! I would absolutely choose to stay at this home again!
