This beautiful house is situated on a wooded lot with waterfrontage on Pequawket Pond. To access the waterfront, take the stairs through the backyard down to the water where you will find a seating area, fire pit and access to a dock and swim platform. From the waterfront you will be greeted with views of Mount Washington and possibly catch a glimpse of a loon! Please note, this property does not have a sandy beach. If a sandy beach is what you are looking for, you can walk or drive down the street to the private association beach on Pequawket Pond.

Lower Level - Spacious entertainment room with pool table and Foos Ball table option. Bedroom with twin size bunk bed (sleeps 2) and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Bonus Room (above the garage) - Master suite with queen bed (sleeps 2) and gas fireplace, sitting area with pull-out sofa (sleeps 2) and 3/4 bathroom with shower.
AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, entertainment room with pool table and foosball table, waterfront with dock (early July 2022), swim dock and fire pit.
Available for weekend and weekly rentals during the Spring and Fall, weekly rentals in the Summer and a 6 month season rental during the Winter. Winter season rental $16,000 not including additional taxes, fees or utilities. Please contact us for more information.
