The inly negative is the location. Just outside of all the towns ina residential area. Not necessarily bad thing but if you get back ti the hotel after a long day the hotel bar/restaurant is your only choice. The spa was a nice treat in the evenings. Clean and good choice of options. Steam room, different types of saunas, pool, etc. there is also a gym but i didnt utilize that. The view of the water and across to the Conwy Castle is great. Rooms comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast had the plenty of options to meet everyones needs.

Great location just 30 minutes walk along a the Quay into Conway. Relaxing atmosphere around the hotel. Excellent breakfast facilities with easy dining options. The outdoor eating and drinking area is quite and allows for stunning views at sunset.

Ill start this review by saying how lovely this hotel was as a whole, however there were some negatives that need to mentioned. 1. The room, although spacious, was being to look a little tired, and was lacking things you get for a similar price range. The most important of these being pillows. All four pillows were so soft i found it difficult to sleep and woke up with a really stiff neck. Usually in hotels of a similar price there are a selection of various pillow options either on the bed or in the wardrobe as spare. 2. The room again. There was no hand wash next to the bathroom sink, we had to use the shower gel. The towel rail and radiator was very noisy throughout the night. The complementary bathrobe were looking abit tired and were tiny. We discovered upon leaving the room that the sliding door to the balcony was not locked, we did not think to check this when we first entered the room, this should be a bare minimum security wise. Now for the good stuff. 1. The staff. Very welcoming, very happy and smiley. 2. The location. Very close to conwy castle, Llandudno. 3. The views from the hotel itself are breathtaking. 4. The food. We had a beautiful breakfast the next morning. 5. Beautiful spa. Overall i would recommend this hotel. However a great stay could become an excellent experience if there is a little bit more attention to detail.

Lovely place to relax and unwind

Very welcoming, polite staff. Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. How someone with mobility issues manages I don't know!. The heater in the room beside the bed banged and popped all night so we had hardly any sleep the first night till it was fixed. The breakfasts were first class and the meals from the bar area at dinner were very nice too, a bit stingy to charge an extra £2 odd for chips instead of rice though. A lovely Spa facility to use before 9am and after 5pm free of charge was great for winding down after a day out as well.
