I have traveled and stayed all over the country. I completely understood the price of this room due to convenience but I did expect a little more from it.
Radiator covers were broken and laying on the floor, the title shower was caulked all over, the walls were dirty, the windows cranks were broken. Beds were so, so.
We got into the area late after being in the park and on the road all day. Just a little after 8pm. The lobby was super dim. There wasn't anyone there. We kept saying "hello", until I noticed a phone on the wall with a sign that gave a number to call for assistance. Check in went fast and the man told us where the room was, then was off to doing whatever he was doing. We had a family next to us somewhere, that you could clearly hear through the walls the majority of the evening. The tv did not work. Only turned on and off. No option to even put in your own accounts to watch it. It was just for looks. There is no cell service there, so wifi is the only option. It hardly worked.
It's a place to lay your head but for the price, it was lacking. You will be paying for it's convenience of being close to the north east gate of Yellowstone. I have to give it 3 stars for convenience. Not quality or customer service.
