“Eight girlfriends came to Cookeville to enjoy the nearby hiking/waterfalls, excellent food and delicious drinks. We wanted a property large enough for our group and one that was fun to hangout in. This place was fantastic! We loved the attention to detail in every room like the record player with classic albums to enjoy, fresh flowers upon arrival, and beautiful/eclectic artwork. Brad is so responsive and helpful. It was a great experience!”

While the location makes you feel as if you are in the country, it is still super convenient to anything you might need. “We had a great time at the house. It's very close to lots of good restaurants (37 Cedar was our favorite) and waterfalls (Burgess falls was amazing). She was very quick to answer any questions we had. It was nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs and watching the deer every evening and morning was a nice treat. The neighbors were very friendly. Everyone liked the massage chair. 2 beds are firm and 1 is soft. The only thing I can complain about is water preasure in master shower was weak I……
