“It was rustic, but nice. House was very well stocked with anything you might need. The cabin was very quiet and secluded. Very close to the lake and the town of Cookson. We will stay there again.”

“We rented both units and there ended up being 14 of us and it was perfect. John was the best host. Anything we needed he had available and was very helpful to provide. The only thing we feel should have been known was he lived in between the units, It wasn’t a problem but also wasn’t noted in description. But overall great stay, great family time! Thank you again John for making our Fourth of July one of the best! ”
