“My family stayed a couple of nights. We enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of sheets and towels for all, all the necessary kitchen gadgets and then some. The only thing that didn't get five stars was the listing accuracy, because I requested handicap accessible, and this property came up for some reason (but no claim was made in the description).”

“The cabin was very nice and clean. Overall, it was very comfortable. The only negative and it wasn't the property owners' fault, was it rained very hard for the three days we were there and the gravel road started to wash away and left large ruts right in front of their driveway.”

“This cozy cabin was perfect for our needs! My husband, our 14 yr old son and myself were in Cookson for the Bassmaster Jr/ HS tournament. The location was perfect! We were close to the tournament ramp at Chicken Creek and used the Cookson Bend ramp for practice days. It was super convenient! The cabin was a peaceful place for the boys to relax after being on the water all day and a great place for me to enjoy some peace & quiet while they were gone! Ha! The property was super clean upon arrival……

“We chose to book both units and it gave everyone plenty of room. John was so helpful & showed us around when we checked in. The house had everything we needed to cook & grill outside. It rained quite a bit but there was plenty to do on the property with the awesome game room & just hanging out on the huge deck. There was plenty of room for parking & the boat ramp/lake access was close by. Communication with John was great & our stay was great! ”
