“Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”

“The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. “Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said.
