“Four high school friends stayed at Croft Cove for our Big Birthday! The location right on the lake was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed fur our stay.”

“Spacious and very close to Hammondsport. Good ratio of bedroom to bathroom Ample parking. Very close to noisy/busy road. Per listing, property still under renovation. If staying here recommended bringing tables and lamps for bedrooms and lighting for living area. (Bulbs and or switches not working. Window coverings would be nice. o ”

“Although clearly an older home, the property was clean and with appropriate updates. Bathroom was a tad compact, but the bed more than made up for it. Location was perfect.”

“This is our 7th trip to the Finger Lakes & hands down this has been our favorite stay. My husband & I celebrated our anniversary here & can’t wait to come back. The Painted Quail is beautifully decorated & you won’t want to leave as you wake up to gorgeous views of Lamoka Lake. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine and even canoed. ”

“Our entire family grew up in Elmira but over time all have moved to different areas of country. Sadly, the eldest sibling past away last year so a Celebration of Life in our home town was in order. This home was the perfect spot to meet up with old Elmira friends and anchor all the activities from. Beautiful home, resorted & furnished to the historical time of Elmira’s economic peak. I bet Mark Twain spent time there back in the day. Includes all the modern amenities & plenty of room to spread……

“We loved this home for our stay in the finger-lakes. Lovely home, with everything you need. The big table and gas fire pit were wonderful for family games. Large kitchen that allowed us to work together in meal prep, made it easy. Definitely a home away from home!. ”

“We enjoyed this very spacious house with very good access to Watkins Glen! We would definitely stay there again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was clean and had everything you needed. The cottage is small, but we spent most of our time outside. The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes. ”

“Great stay! The house is equipped with everything! Extra spices and oils for cooking; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers; outdoor toys; and more! Beautiful master bedroom and bath. House is located in a great location, so much to do all around. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and using the outdoor grill to cook. Beautiful sunsets at the front of the house! Bonus: deer on the property every evening! We had a great stay here and will definitely stay again! Thank You Peter and Kathy”

“This was our last family get away before my kids left for college. The lake is beautiful and the house is perfectly situated on the west side (which we prefer). Recommend visiting Dr Frank vineyards and eat at Park Inn. If you are planning on cooking bring stuff from home. Not a lot in terms of grocery stores. We rented a boat which was perfect for our trip. Host is lovely. And you cannot beat the views! ”
