“The position of the Ramada Hotel is excellent, the staff very obliging and helpful, close to all shops and amenities. When making a booking, I found it difficult to find the hotel phone number so booked through Expedia, which was a bit confusing as the rooms with water views were supposedly booked out. When we booked in at the hotel we asked for an upgrade to water views and were instantly transferred into a room with water views for a small upgrade price. The only complaint we had was that……

“Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.”

“On arrival check in and instructions to enter Terrace 2 was easy. Terrace 2 was very spacious, to accommodate the family. Unfortunately once evening came and we turned on the lights, the circuit breaker would trip out. We had to turn on and off each light to find the culprit. Adam was helpful. This property is advertised with Air Con. However Terrace 2 only had air con in the lounge area and the very top level bedroom.
