Make yourself at home in this welcoming 1-bedroom historic Cooperstown retreat located directly downtown, short walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, Baseball Hall of Fame, Doubleday Field and Otsego Lake. This terrific second floor apartment features a newly renovated full sized kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. The apartment also has a cozy den with a comfy love seat and chair perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Roku streaming TV with Spectrum Cable. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, Cable TV, AC, and a hair dryer. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Guests of the apartment also enjoy FREE off street parking in our private lot.

This property was perfect for our trip. Very homey feel with everything you need for a long or short stay. Perfect location to access everything that Cooperstown has to offer. CJ & Angie were AWESOME as well. Thanks guys!!!
