Located between the Village of Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park, only one-half mile from the Dreams Park entrance. A supermarket and eateries are close by. These apartments are a perfect choice for small groups. Apartment 2 works well for 2 people.

Sunnyside Apartments share an in ground pool (new in 2016), 16' x 32', 4 feet deep with the two neighboring Terrace Lawn units.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the pool was crystal clear and fully fenced in. The property felt very private and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day at the Cooperstown Dream park. Communication with the host was a breeze; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just two minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Very close and convenient to Dreams Park for baseball. Nearby supermarket and restaurants. Not a long drive to Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame. Very clean, was pleasantly surprised with room.

Perfect for Cooperstown

The room is perfect for a couple attending Cooperstown baseball tournament. We were able to come back during rain delays and for lunches. Love the location.
