Staffs are so nice and cheerful. We loved to talk with them. They were so helpful to provide the tourist information. Very close to train station. Value for money.

I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30 Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water. The Room was clean and comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne

On the first day we have slippers, but second day we didn’t have. Also, we have chocolate drinks on the first day, but we didn’t have any on second day.

Suitable for family vacation, just a few walk to the Southern Cross Station and in the Free Tram Zone. Helpful and nice reception staff. Delicious food round the Apartment Hotel.
