Everything went so smoothly, other than our two dogs being home sick and whining at times, which ended up entailing a 7 hour round trip back home to leave them there with a sitter as we felt it was too much for our little fur babies to endure being in a strange place without us and better to……

“Amazing location on a completely private small lake just a few minutes off the Taconic Parkway. Host is very helpful, and very artistic. Sleeping on a pull out couch was initially off-putting, but it is very high quality and fairly comfortable, and works for the space. So many birds to see and hear! Nice hiking trails on the large property, which has adjacent preserved land. ”

“We had our family Thanksgiving at this home and it was a great time. Enough space to cook a Thanksgiving meal, have a baking contest, play board games, and relax. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone commented on how well they slept. More than enough bathrooms and showers with hot water for six people. Close to Great Barrington and Stockbridge for some small town vibes. Overall a great stay!”
