Our room is very clean and has daily service . It was spacious for three people, and as we were on the fourth floor there was a lift access. The staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. There is a continental breakfast and enough to chose from. The hotel is a minute walk from the main train station and very central and in the heart of Copenhagen. We all enjoyed our stay and should we return we would definitely book again Hotel Nebo.

Really good location for the central station. Easy walking distance to most places I wanted to visit. The lady who checked me in was absolutely lovely, so caring and warm. There was another gentleman who was not so friendly. Definitely a budget hotel but fine for the money paid.

Very close to Central Railway Station, nice clean room although hot as a sauna (I was lucky to strike nice weather). Nice and helpful reception lady, stroppy guy. I'd happily stay there again.

Hôtel très correct, certes un peu vieillot mais la chambre était très confortable, bien équipée avec ses 3 petits fauteuils en plus de la table, le lit très confortable, la salle de bain est très grande, la douche est bien chaude. Oui c'est un peu démodé, mais franchement de bon confort. Très proche de la gare et des transports. Seule difficulté : l'ascenseur en panne (depuis 1 bonne semaine d'après ce que j'ai lu dans d'autres commentaires) et monter 3 étages avec de grosses valises était un peu compliqué !

I was told by staff that I booked a budget 2 star hotel, and in Copenhagen, this is what you get. The elevator did not work. Our shower drain did not drain and flooded the entire bathroom in about 2 minutes. The staff was very friendly. They plunged the shower and also gave us a ton of towels to dry the floor. There was an erotic store a block down from the hotel and homeless people here and there. It was close to the metro and to the central train station. Things looked better in the light of day. The Chinese restaurant next to the hotel had absolutely delicious fish and wide noodles with beef. The Ol pub around the block had great beer and outside seating.
