While we would have appreciated an early check in, the hotel is located on the famous Nyhavn but at the far end so as to avoid noise. Walkable to all main attractions. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the pricey side but the location and everything makes it worth the price!

We really enjoyed our stay here with our toddler. Our room was lovely and had a little terrace right on the scenic Nyhavn canal. My complaints are minor, and my own fault for not carefully checking the amenities, but just so others know; there is no hair conditioner, mini fridge, shoe care, or towel hangers (two small pegs only). It would also have been nice if the hotel offered a suitcase weighing device. As I said, these are minor complaints. The room was quiet, the coffee and tea which was complimentary was nice, and the hotel was spotless. I also really appreciate sustainable practices in not using single use shampoo or soap bottles. All in all we were really happy with our stay here.

Hotel Bethel is located in one of the hottest areas of Copenhagen, Nyhavn. There are numerous restaurants very nearby, and the canal boat tours are also close by. We walked many places and could easily connect with the Metro from the hotel. The hotel personnel are exceptional!

It was so wonderful to stay right on the the canal in Nyhaven since we just had a long layover for one night. The metro ride from the airport was very easy to figure out. Just hop on the M2 there and back to the airport. We arrived in the evening and asked at the front desk for ideas to do just for a short time and were directed to a couple sites nearby and also a great restaurant right on the canal. The next day we were able to get up and have the amazing breakfast served there at the hotel, did our own self-guided walking tour around city center while leaving our bags at the hotel, and then flew out the next afternoon. Now I want to return for a longer stay some day.

The checkin was the fastest checkin I've ever had and the staff were amazing. This is a great location. I went to two performances, one at the Old Stage and one at the Opera house, and I was perfectly located for both.
