The hotel is clean, but no air conditioning. Clearly the region is not an active business region. There are almost no restaurants or shops around the hotel. One has to walk a long way to find some. Local people told me that the area near the hotel is indeed not so safe, although I did not feel too much. Anyway there are very few people in the night, except the train station.

酒店可以安排提早check-in，但第一次的房間雖然在2樓，但實際上剛好是對著路面，前邊還是地盤，根本無法打開窗，跟前台聯絡後，馬上給本人換上另一房間，雖然亦在2樓，但是面向鐵路軌，如果晚上開着窗戶睡覺，可能會比較嘈吵但仍可以接受！酒店對面就是火車站，有超市 、7–11，咖啡店！距離景點步行20分鐘

Dit hotel is een basic hotel . Goed voor 1 overnachting en dan verder . Het ontbijt was niet slecht . Een onverharde parking helemaal achter het hotel langs een onverharde weg . Het hotel was lang smal vlak langs de verschillende treinsporen . De buitenkant van het hotel zag eruit als opeenstapeling van containers … niets gezellig . Was wel lawaaierig , maar ‘s nachts rijden er geen treinen , dus om te slapen geen probleem . De douche was ook versleten . Douchedeur die klemde en piepte . Douchekop niet ok . Bed was ook niet echt goed . Is tegenover het treinstation ( en metro) . Dus mensen met de trein en niets anders meer is , is het een optie . De prijs was veeeel te duur ! Voelde me genaaid !

POSITIVE: Pedro at Front Desk was very receptive and helpful to our request for a fan and provision of ice as there was no fridge or air-conditioning in the room. Expedia should mention these shortcomings in hotel inclusion/exclusion details. NEGATIVE: 1. As above (no fridge or air-conditioning). 2. We specifically booked a Sleeper 90/90 room which was meant to be quieter and away from the train station. We didn't get any noise from the station, however as we were allocated a Ground Floor unit which had the window facing/opening to a back lane, we were exposed to shouting from animated students (from a nearby elementary school) twice daily.

La struttura si trova in una zona comoda per poter girare la città, dista infatti 20 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino. La comodità ai trasporti pubblici (metro e treno) è indubbia. Il rumore del treno,anche per le camere che non affacciano direttamente sui binari è presente,per noi sopportabile condiserando che di notte non abbiamo mai sentito passare alcun treno. Nel complesso, nella sua semplicità, lo conosiglio,anche considerato il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We stayed at Go Hotel Osterport for a city break. Our room was very clean, the staff friendly and the hotel it's self is across the road from a train station which has a 7 Eleven shop and pizza place. The price of the hotel overall was good for location, room and facilities etc.There is also a large supermarket next to the train station. The hotel is walkable to nyhavn in around 20-30 mins, approx 20 mins to little mermaid. The area isn't very busy with people which we prefer (although the road between hotel and station appeared to be). You need to take a train to the central station as it's quite a distance away. The hotel is situated right next to the railway line, we didn't find the noise any real problem but some reviews posted this as an issue. The only main issue for us (albeit not a major one) was our room was right at the opposite end to the reception which is quite a walk down a long corridor which is spilt up with a couple of communal sitting rooms. We would stay here if we visit Copenhagen again, I would also recommend take the train from the central station to Malmo - very nice city and great train ride experience (10 miles across the sea)

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist toll, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass das Zimmer sich auf Seite der Gleise befindet und somit Lärm von vorbeifahrenden Zügen entsteht.

Wir hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht, ohne die Bezeichnung Railway Zimmer. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir ein Doppelzimmer zugeteilt, welches zu den Bahnschienen ausgerichtet war. Das Personal ließ nicht mit sich reden, selbst die Buchungsbestätigung, die wir der Rezeptionsdame zeigten, ohne die Bezeichnung Railway, interessierte sie nicht. Widerwillig wurde die Nummer vom Supervisor rausgegeben, der sich aber 5 Tage lang nicht meldete. Es war ein unfassbar schrecklicher Aufenthalt, für viel Geld und ohne jeglich Einsicht, dass der Fehler auf Seiten des Hotels & des Buchungsportals liegt.

For a budget hotel i would rate it a good 4 stars Reason for 4 not 5 , as i find the word excellent cant be compared with a budget hotel , if you want 5 stars you will have to pay 5 stars . Was very happy with my stay , excellent for metro , and public transport, train noise didn't bother me ,actually i found it strangely comforting, ear plugs was available if needed in my room .would use again, didn't use breakfast option, but breakfast in denmark is normally very good .if i had to find a negative ( very small negative) the shower head washer needed replacing as it had a small leak , But dont let this put you off , as a buget hotel this has to be my favorite so far .
