“This was my second 2-week stay at The Urban Hotel. I can tell you that, as someone who grew up in the UK and now lives in the US, this hotel makes the best chips I have ever had! The tea is decent. Breakfasts are great. And, even though the dinner menu is somewhat limited, it is all very, very good. A typical dinner costs less than $10 and will fill you up for sure. The room was good enough. The housekeeping staff, like all the hotel staff, were kind and friendly. The WiFi worked well,……

“We never stayed in the place. There was a security at the gate who gave us keys and we had to figure out where the accommodation was. We left and checked in at a hotel in town. Can I please get a refund of what I paid?”
