“This was the perfect location for our honeymoon. It was close to everything we wanted to do, and also felt cozy and hidden. Owners and staff were phenomenal in communicating any issues or concerns. They provided many supplies from hair ties to an emergency supplies kit. We will look to stay at their properties in the future. ”

“We did some hiking and it was a pleasure to return here at the end of the day. Hot tub felt great to unwind. The steps would be challenging for anyone who has any mobility issues. They are a little tricky. Bed was great -- the train whistle did wake us, but we adapted pretty quickly.”

“The location of the cabin was very, very good for getting in and out of GNP quickly and conveniently.We spoke on the phone with a very nice woman who had the cabin ready for us to check arrive a couple of hours early.The cabin was nicely clean, but it is clearly showing years of wear. It is due for a refresh on things like carpet, etc. but the appliances are brand new which is nice.The property grounds are clean, but not set up for people to spend time there. "Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
