“ Absolutely Perfect — 10/10 Stay!We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this incredible 6-bedroom, 5-bath lake house on beautiful Smith Lake in North Alabama, and all I can say is — WOW. From start to finish, everything was flawless.Check-in and checkout were seamless and easy — a dream! The host, Nick, was beyond helpful and made us feel completely taken care of. “Daniel was an awesome host. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a slight issue with the HVAC, assessment/repair personnel came to the house promptly. I lost my cellphone at the property. Cleaning crew and owner were advised. Hopefully it will be located. Overall, the house was nice, cleaned and stocked with essentials for cooking, washing clothes and streaming Netflix, Hulu and Wi-Fi was spot on. The driveway......, 4WD came in handy. Little steeper than expected, it is on the……

“The property is in a beautiful area away from things. It offered so many things for us to do. The kids LOVED the kayaks and lilypad. Kitchen is well stocked with things needed for cooking. The rooms were comfortable. The TVs are older and do not have many apps, which could be an issue for some. The wifi is hella spotty and in the evenings we just connected our hotspots. The biggest and only issue we had was the number of german cockroaches that were in the kitchen/dining/living area. I killed so……
