“The front desk and staff are very good at their jobs. You are made to feel genuinely welcomed immediately. The room was comfortable, the pillow selection was top notch. The area around the hotel is great - this is where you should stay instead of the busy centro. My only complaint is the sewage smell from the bathroom. You have to keep the bathroom door closed and the window in the bathroom open. It didn’t bother me much, so I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s tremendous value”

“We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean.”
