“The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the……

“Family had a great vacation in April. Great access to restaurants, site seeing boat tours, mini golf, top golf onsite was an hit etc. apartment was very nice and accessible. Club was a little pricey and they weren’t always upfront with tip already included so beware on site .Most meals were made in the apartment (probably not for everyone), most everything was available except oven mitts and some cleaning supplies. ”

“The Bayshore Arts district was a great area to stay and the Cottage was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The back porch was so pleasant in the evenings and we had a chance to hit the Botanical Gardens, Ankrolab, Celebration Park and 360. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We were so pleased to find a cute and newly renovated cottage in a great location for a couple of days. We had thought this location would require a longer stay so we were so happy to be able to rent for a couple days. The place was freshly renovated and very comfortable especially the kingside bed! Keith even had Beach towels and chairs! ”

“Well built concrete establishment that survived the hurricane! Nice sized well decorated and stocked with almost everything you could need. You will not run out of towels and toiletries, with a little bit of extras in case you may have forgotten a basic necessity. The pool was an added bonus, but with a newer pump the key pad was a little difficult to use. We arrived 2 hours before our 4pm check in. The host was finishing up cleaning and allowed us to enter early and sit out back till they……

“Everything about our stay was perfect. House had lots of space and is equipped with anything you need (kitchen stuff, beach stuff, coolers, bikes, washer/dryer with supplies, …). The backyard truly does feel like its own tropical getaway. Very secluded private feeling but right down the street, literally, from shopping center, food, beach, and all sorts of stuff. Host was very friendly and super helpful. It was very clean and we loved our stay. We will definitely keep it in mind for the future. ”
