This pet-friendly property is filled with luxury comforts and has been recently renovated and designed for up to seven guests with a maximum of six adults, it is perfect for a fun-filled family getaway or a laid-back weekend with friends.

Only 300m to Bagnall Beach which is one of the most popular off leash dog beaches in the area, your fur baby will think they are in heaven running along the white sands and jumping over the water ripples. Bagnall’s Beach also has a picnic area, playground, toilets, and BBQ facilities so you can enjoy the fabulous sunsets.

This stunning holiday property spread over two levels and boasts an expansive layout with three comfortably furnished bedrooms fitted with stunning linen and bed making provided upstairs. The master suite, enveloped in luxury, features a queen bed and ceiling fan. The second bedroom provides a cozy queen bed, and the third bedroom offers a tri bunk with a double below and single bed above to comfortably accommodate everyone. Complete with two well-appointed bathrooms, one being downstairs with a shower, toilet and vanity and one being upstairs with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. Your comfort at Hank's Corlette House is the top priority with a second living area downstairs fitted with a large Smart TV, relaxing lounges, and split system air conditioning.

The open-plan design living area upstairs features a split system air conditioner to keep you cool, and heating for those crisp winter evenings. With free Wi-Fi and multiple Smart TVs, staying connected and entertained is effortless. The expansive living area opens onto a balcony offering a relaxing place to unwind and take in the surroundings and sunshine.

Foodies will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen showcasing everything needed to create memorable dishes including an under-bench oven, electric cooktop, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy your meals in the gracefully styled dining area where a large table awaits for family gatherings.

The owners have really thought about everything to make your stay memorable and comfortable; your fur baby will receive a treat bag on arrival, dog towels and dog sheets are also provided.

Avid boaters will appreciate convenient boat parking on site with hoses provided to flush out motors. The back outdoor undercover area is ideal for family fun, it is equipped with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and lounge furniture, setting the stage for leisurely alfresco meals whilst watching the children and fur baby play in the fully enclosed yard.

Thinking of a nice hamburger, fish and chips or Thai, then Corlette Store and Sanook Thai restaurant are just a quick 400m walk from the property. The Bartlet Cycleway goes all the way into the heart of Nelson Bay or only a quick 5-minute drive where you can experience an array of fine dining, Shoal Bay is also a short 9-minute drive where you can experience the iconic Shoal Bay beach or bustling Shoal Bay Country Club and restaurants.

Venture out during the day, knowing you have a safe and comfortable haven to return to, complete with all the everyday conveniences including a top loader washing machine, clothes dryer, and a parking in the garage for two vehicles plus a ping pong table and second fridge. (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
