On arrival, we drove into the underground car park which has swipe access (and a button to press for reception when you arrive) and met at the reception desk by the loveliest lady! (Apologies, we didn't catch your name!). The apartment and building was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Towels were changed after day 3 which was great, and a box of……
