“The condo is a short drive to downtown Helen. Area is quiet. James, the property manager, was very accommodating! Living area is spacious, full size fridge and oven. Easy access from the parking lot. Would stay again!”

“The apartment itself was lovely and I appreciated the coffee for our stay. Please consider adding a sign/wreath/decoration to the front dooor that says “Alan’s Apartment “. It was very confusing to find the right door. Beautifully furnished and wonderful bed. It’s difficult for someone with my mobility issues to go up a 10 stair stairway holding onto warped banisters. Though it is on the first floor, that first floor was 1 story up. The hot tub was a nice addition! Please add grab bars or a……

“Very homey space, and the host is VERY accommodating and kind. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave three girlfriends privacy when needed, and also great gathering spaces such as the dining room, the living room and sitting porch. Clean, quiet atmosphere- even though surrounded by neighbors. Highly recommend Schönes Haus. ”

“Everything was very nice and clean. Perfect size for a couple. We are young so we didn’t have a problem walking to downtown Helen but it is a 15-20 minute walk. Overall 5 stars!”

“Property did not live up to the photos we saw. The property was freezing when we went in and there was no thermostat to control temperature. Only a couple space heaters. After communicating with Vacasa, we learned the unit above us is where the owners live and they control the heat. They told us they would try to get in touch with them but that is ridiculous to even think we can’t control our own temperature. We had no results and left the property and checked into a hotel Friday evening. Will……
