Filthy Room, Rude Staff, and Retaliation — Worst Hotel Stay Ever This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The carpet in my room was filthy, with multiple spots that looked like dried feces. I called the front desk, and while someone came to check, no one cleaned for a long time. When I called again, they admitted the issue and promised a room change, but after waiting over an hour with no update, I went down personally. At that point, the front desk and manager were both rude and told me there were no rooms available, and I had to stay put until a cleaner came. When housekeeping finally arrived, the cleaning was very superficial, and the room still looked disgusting. I decided to cancel the rest of my stay through Expedia. After that, both of my key cards were deactivated. When I asked why, the staff gave me a ridiculous excuse that I must have put the keys next to my phone. Dirty room, broken promises, rude staff, and even retaliatory behavior — completely unacceptable. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

We booked here as it was close to the TCH. It is very old, but that is no excuse for the stains on the carpet, the crumbling lamp shades, the sink that wouldn’t drain. We said we had to get up early-we were in a floor with people who were yelling/laughing until late. The walls are so thin it felt like they were in our room!

The staff was very friendly but we had to ask twice to get towels to the room. Couldn't turn the air conditioner past a certain amount as it would cause leaks and had to make sure the door was closed during a shower as the fire detector would go off.

Elevator has an expiration from 2 years ago so it hasn’t been inspected in a while, the rooms phone didn’t work, there was no microwave and when asked the front staff sent us to a locked room so we couldn’t use it.

A corner of our room smelled like cat urine, and because the hotel was full, there was nothing we could do about it. The hotel can be forgiven for needing an update, but it was filthy. The tile floors needed a cleaning, the carpets were disgusting, the pool was cloudy (my son couldn’t see his feet when standing). The staff were lovely, but that was the only highlight.

I gave 4 for cleanliness because I feel it should’ve been a bit cleaner. The base of the TV was very dusty and behind night stands. Also, if you ever go to stay there and you don’t like really high pillows, bring your own because the pillows are very high. It was hard to get to sleep because they were uncomfortable.
