“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. “The “restaurant” was far from it, at least during our trip. But the staff (Jennifer) was great! At breakfast they said they had no cook. Jennifer saved the day and put together a great complimentary breakfast for the whole hotel! But then for dinner half the menu was scribbled out bc they “ran out of a lot the night before.” Interesting. But they did do their best with what they had and my son and I appreciated it all! ”
