A brand new, modern fully renovated in 2021 ground floor apartment with French ambiance that is home away from home. Plenty of amenities, storage, laundry and fully equipped full size kitchen & Keurig coffee machine. Walking distance to beautiful St. Lawrence River and the three Nations Crossing to USA. High speed Wi/fi, and Smart TV with Roku and free Netflix streaming capabilities. Parking and keypad lock for easy check-in. Very comfortable for short or monthly stays! SMOKE FREE UNIT
