Hampton Inn North Bay - Wednesday, May 7th, 2025
Good Morning,
I’m writing to inform you about our recent stay at the Hampton Inn North Bay, Ontario Wednesday, May 7th, 2025.
We are traveling professionals, who live on the road and have choosen the Hampton Inn over the years for its consistency and reliability. This was not the case in our recent stay.
After 9.5 hour trip from Sault Ste. Marie our late night check-in (11pm) which was seamless.
Upon arrival into our room, we immediately noticed that it was not the room (2 queen beds) that we booked (king) and paid for on Expedia. After a very long day of travel we addressed the issue with the young man at the front desk. He apologized and indicated that he would leave a message for the manager.
Once again, I’d like to reiterate that we did not receive the service that we paid for and expected.
