The spacious game room, which connects directly to the pool area, ensures endless fun for all ages. With three expansive decks, there’s no shortage of outdoor lounge space to soak in the ocean breeze.
Located just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to a serene 7-acre lake, perfect for fishing and observing indigenous wildlife like ducks, egrets, and turtles. This home offers the perfect balance of coastal charm and modern convenience.
Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and airy, featuring stylish updates throughout. The kitchen boasts sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for entertaining. This prime location is just a 3-minute drive to Timbuk II, where you’ll find fantastic shopping, top-rated restaurants, go-karts, mini golf, and more. Food Lion is just 3 minutes away, and Harris Teeter is only 5 minutes away for your convenience.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open from April 1 through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
Things to note: This is a 3-level home.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
