Your Family will Enjoy this SPACIOUS Private Home Nestled in a Quiet Culdesac safe for children to ride bicycles! Sheets and Towels Provided. Large oversized lot, plenty of open space with New Volleyball Court, play Pool in game room, enjoy Swimming in our Private Salt Water Pool no charge for heat or relax in our New Hot Tub , Cabana with beverage cooler etc. Wake up to a Beautiful Sunrise with Ocean Views over a hot cup of coffee from Deck off the Great Room and Sunset from the West Side Decking . Top Floor-Open Large Great Room, Dining Area (deck facing the ocean) Updated Granite Kitchen with private decking to view sunsets. Also has a Master Queen Bedroom with its own Sitting Room (twin fold up bed available in sitting room) facing the ocean. There is also a half bathroom on the landing .

The Second Floor contains a Large King Master Suite with Sitting Room (contains a fold up twin bed) with private decking of the west views. Master Queen Bedroom with Full Bathroom, Large King Bedroom (private deck ocean side) that shares a bathroom (Jack & Jill) with a Oversized Bedroom and 2 Queen Sized Beds. T.V’s in all bedrooms, Great room and game room.

The First Floor has a Large Game Room with Pool Table , Granite Wet Bar , Full Size Refrigerator , TV, DVD, Roku, Half Bath, Gas Fireplace, Books, Video Library, Games & Patio with Pergola and Picnic Table.

There is a laundry area on the first landing.

Enjoy this Large Private Pool Area with Cabana Half Bath and Private Dressing Area, and a Outdoor Shower .

New 2022, mattresses, 3 new bedroom furniture in 3 bedrooms. New refinished wood flooring in great room. New decking west side, deck furniture always updating !
Hot Tub added 2020 for your enjoyment during Summer and Fall Stay!

The sitting areas in two of the master bedrooms -available pack n play, twin fold up beds, booster chair, high chairs, gates and play pen. Child Friendly Home!

Cool stay in Corolla

Place was clean and spacious for four and would be for more. Had all the amenities we needed. Pool was nice, especially bc we had double flag rip tide warnings most of our week. Loved the hot tub. Short walk to the beach, drive/bike for groceries or shopping. Beds comfy. Plenty of beach gear—chairs, carts, pool toys, floats, noodles etc. Especially loved sunrises overlooking ocean from top deck each morning, and dog friendly!

This home was beyond doubt the best experience I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The furniture and decor was what I would choose for myself. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean with terrific water pressure and plenty of hot water. Eileen thought of everything to make this a delightful stay. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Will definitely return.

Great home for our family!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter is sensitive to chlorine and usually can't enjoy swimming, but the saltwater pool made it possible for her to enjoy it with her brothers. It's located within easy walking distance to the beach and is just five minutes from the grocery store, which was really convenient for us. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Definitely a great spot in the Outer Banks!

Wonderful home for large family,friends...perfect atmatmosphere!

When we walked it this home was perfect for all of us.Very roomy,clean and perfectly beach and vacation friendly. We had everything we needed. Comfortable bedding,linens, everything needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs you name it, it was there. The pool,hot tub and area around pool was amazing! This a wonderful beach retreat!

A Wonderful Beach House

Perfect OBX family vacation experience!

This property is exceptional and Eileen is an excellent host! Our family of 7 adults, 1 child (18 month old) and two dogs all had a great time staying in this very clean home with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed and more. We appreciated all the amenities available with this property, especially the baby monitor, safety gate and high chair for my granddaughter. We couldn’t have found a more child friendly and dog friendly property in such a great location! Everyone enjoyed the private pool area with heated salt water pool, hot tub, cabana and plenty of seating with umbrellas. The beach chairs and wagon that Eileen provided were very much appreciated! Eileen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made sure that we enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful house including everything you need. Everything was perfect including the pool and host Eileen. 5 minute walk to the beach access stairs. Would stay there again. It's worth the wait getting thru the Duck traffic. Was a bit of road noise and lots of stairs, but still a five star property at a reasonable price.

Fantastic get away despite the weather

Eileen was a great host and made the stay easy and fun. We had exceptionally bad weather, the entire week, but made the most of it with the pool, hot tub, and game room, supplemented by arts and crafts. Eileen kindly assisted with helping us after we found a lost dog while hiking one afternoon, and successfully got him back home the next day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation

Amazing shore house!

Fabulous family vacation

House was lovely, description accurate and very clean! We loved the hot tub and salt water pool. Beach access is 1/2 mile from end of driveway, very doable with children. Eileen even provides a wagon to cart beach supplies. We really enjoyed our time here and the layout of the house was very nice for 4 different families to sleep well. Would definitely return!

Our First Family Vacation with 4 generations

Everything was great! Complete setup means just that, we had everything we needed. Rooms worked perfectly for our families, the pool was refreshing, hot tub was relaxing, and the game room was fun! Fun and Sun at the beach.

The property is awesome! The property is perfect for a large family- we had ten. The house is well maintained- everything in working order. The kitchen is well equipped; beach chairs provided. There is nothing not to like about this beach house.

Fantastic Family Vacation!!!

Where to start….. This was by far the Best place we have stayed!! The listing for the property was 100% accurate. Eileen was a great host from the time we booked in 2021 to the drive home! The house was perfect we had 4 families with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you may need!
