“The property is undergoing renovations and there were some noticeable issues with ongoing projects but the room was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. The pool was a nice escape from the ocean waves. Wish the pool had been open after dark. Overall a very nice escape and we plan on returning for another stay probably in the off-season as well as next year.”

“This is a great little Inn. It seems to still have renovations. It was clean. The doors were a concern for me. Didn’t feel secure but I didn’t see it as a problem. The water was turned off by the city and I wasn’t able to have a shower. This would have been something to inform the guests with prior to arrival or at least the morning of. ”

“What a gem of a place. The view from the waterside rooms is worth every penny! This place had that old school charm and hospitality you don’t get anywhere else these days. Bruce the bartender makes the stay memorable and makes you feel welcome. Book it for the views, stay for the stories, and enjoy the tiki bar and pool. I will be coming back next year. Such a memorable trip with this place. Bonus is the water sports are just outside the hotel and you get free access to the huge gym facility……

“My family & I absolutely loved our stay at the Saltwater Seaclusion. This place was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed! The location was amazing-close to the lighthouse and short 4 minute walk to the beach. We also ordered food from the Salty Rim which can be delivered to our door. Marcy was quick to respond to any questions and we were able to check in early due to early cleaning. Loved having the umbrella, chairs, cooler, ice machine for the cooler and the wagon provided! “SunRise 'n Shine property was absolutely beautiful! Perfect location to enjoy Corolla beach. The beach entrance is only 1 minute drive and the pool is only a few steps fom the front door. “We had an amazing, comfortable stay for our family (8 adults, 4 kids). The house was super clean and ready for us on arrival. There was plenty of space for us to relax when we weren’t at the beach, and the pool, hot tub, and sound access with kayaks and paddle boards were great. The kitchen was well stocked, and we thought the free bagels from the local bakery were a nice touch!
